The role also processes incoming checks and finance mail, partners with the Development team on pledge invoicing and gift reconciliation, and looks for process improvements using current technology and AI-enabled tools. Candidates need at least two years of accounting or finance experience, foundational GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel skills.
