Postings on the Callboard are free: a full listing page, placement in the jobs alerts, apply-click counting, and a performance report when the listing closes. A listing runs 30 days or to its application deadline, whichever comes first, and renews free while the role is open.

What a listing must have

• The employer's real job title and organization
• Location and employment type
• Pay: an amount or range, with its unit. Listings without pay do not run — this is the board's founding rule and it is not waived
• An application deadline
• An apply link or email on the employer's own domain
• Union status where it applies

Moderation

Every submission is read by a person before it runs. We reject listings that charge applicants anything, advertise unpaid work dressed as opportunity, or cannot be verified against the employer's own site. Seeded listings (employers we list from their public career pages, with a summary in our words and a link to their application) can be claimed by the employer at any time, free.

Submissions open with the board's employer accounts — the Desk is taking postings by email in the meantime, and every posting that meets the rules above runs.
