Berkeley Rep's School of Theatre is hiring a full-time Training and Professional Programs Manager in Berkeley, reporting to the Director of the School of Theatre. The manager designs, schedules, and evaluates training programs for adult learners, supports expansion of youth programming for grades 1-12, and builds a season slate of 100 to 130 classes with direct responsibility for class income goals. The role also leads theatre-based professional development workshops for businesses, schools, and community organizations, recruits and supports teaching artists, and serves as first point of contact for students, parents, and faculty. Candidates should bring at least four years of experience teaching theatre or developing arts-based learning programs, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with CRM tools such as Tessitura.
